If you don’t run your day, your day will run you.

Who's in the driver's seat of your career?

HOW IT’S BEEN

If people don't cooperate with you, your schedule is blown to bits. You're working late, squeezing people in, exhausted and inconsistent, and wondering if it's worth it.

HOW IT COULD BE

Your people make it a point to be on time for you because you asked them to. You stay on track with your day and walk out to your car feeling satisfied and lucky you get to do what you love for a living.

I teach my stylists the tools they’ll need to sustain a consistent back-to-back schedule. Because you cannot grow without boundaries, I teach them how to maintain boundaries in a way that makes their clients feel valued, heard, and empowered.

This way, they control the daily elements of their career while still giving their clients the freedom to use their services in a way that best suits them. Instead of letting them have the run of the place only to cause issues for themselves down the line, they light a path that leads them where they want to go.

You know how this works. They don’t. Lead them.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Establish non-negotiable boundaries that allow a window of grace for normal stuff, but cut it off when it interferes with your big picture. Don't let other people's problems become yours!

Boundaries are empowering. Get in the driver's seat of your career. Nobody is going to stop you.
